Anyway, it's all been happening today, and for once you did not grab the headlines! Now that Donnelly has been found guilty, we have two abuse cases 'out of the way'. It was quite noticeable in Gradwell's statement that he mentioned the victims of Donnelly gaining some satisfaction at the outcome of his trial.

It is a great, great pity that victims who had been abused in the care of those in the employ of the States of Jersey have not been afforded the same justice, and this is why they must not be forgotten and on July 4th we must all turn out to show support for them, and our displeasure at the way they have been treated.

One hour of your time is such a small but important gesture to make, when these abused have had all their childhoods taken away from them and a lifetime's legacy dealing with what happened to them.
Please make the effort.

Finally, are you sure it was you in Court today, because at one stage the Assistant Magistrate addressed you as Mr Sinel!! Perhaps she was a bit flummoxed as to what you had thrown at her! We eagerly await the next installment.

I've had Barking Bill and his puppet, Emma Martins, harassing me for the last 18 months in an attempt to make me stop naming people on this blog.

Quite extraordinarily - Bill and Emma have had the brass neck to attempt to stretch, misapply and abuse the data protection law by claiming I'm breaking it - merely by referring to people by name on my blog.

That tactic having failed - they've now moved on to the even more desperate misapplication of the Crime and Disorderly Conduct Law.

You have to understand the oppressions I'm under - the fact that there will be even more legal harassment of me - Christ, I've already been arrested and locked-up for 7 hours whilst the cops turned over my home - without a search warrant.

What else do you want from me - blood?

Harper has commented on it although CTV did not report fully what he said. He knows nothing of the name "Operation Blast." The allegations of secret files on all States members are nonsense. There were files on particular members who were either suspected of crimes or who were victims, for instance, one deputy regularly and frequently tried to infuence the outcome of a criminal investigation into a close member of his family. This was not the only interference in a live investigation by this states member. A file was kept of all improper approaches by this member in order to safeguard the integrity of the force. In other cases, states members were the target of race hate but in these instances the files were not on the member per se but on the case he reported. Lenny Harper questioned how an innocent mistake could be made by the Home Affairs Minister and Warcup in saying these were secret files on all States members. There was absoutely no policy of compiing files on States members for the sake of it. His view was that this was another crude and feeble attempt to discredit Graham Power.

It's 6:45 p.m. and the "Jersey Evening Post" has not published any comments on the following lead stories in today's issue:

I realise that it is the editor's prerogative to decide what to publish.

But call me an old cynic, but is it possible that the editor has something to hide?

Evening All....................Operation Blast, I suggest that it is now renamed Operation Balst OFF..........I think the Soc Gen has shot himself in the foot. Clearly this was leaked to SEnator Le Marquand to besmerch the reputation of Graham Power - I dont think he was expected to go public in the way he did - good on him, I hope the enquiry comes off but I should think a huge damage limitation exercise is now in progress............I bet the shredder has been busy!

My difficulty is that I don't know how to stop links on a selective basis.

Some links are legitimate - and I wouldn't want to stop them.

But all I can do is alow links - or not alow links.

I suggest the intel was stored in a particular way because Senior Officers new that certain senior police officers were complicit with certain States members.
